Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To return an item, please make sure it is unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at Anaisdreamcreation@gmail.com. Once we approve your return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot accept them.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. When your order arrives, please check it right away. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can help fix the problem.ems
Some items cannot be returned, like face masks, mugs, or custom products. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

We are not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges: The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will let you know when we receive and check your return, and tell you if your refund is approved. If it is, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
