SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment is received. Personalized or custom orders may require additional preparation time. If your order needs extra time, we’ll contact you with an update.

Shipping Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

- United States: 5 to 7 business days
- Canada: 15 to 30 business days
- Other international destinations: 15 to 30 business days

These estimates begin after the processing time and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or customs are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information when it is available. Tracking updates may take up to 2 business days to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at anaisdreamcreation@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at anaisdreamcreation@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
